You’ve Googled it at 2am.
How do I get rid of my belly fat.
You’ve stood in your closet holding something that fit fine two years ago.
You’ve thought, out loud or not, nothing works for me anymore.
And the worst part isn’t the weight.
It’s the timing.
You finally have time for yourself.
The house is quieter. There’s space in your calendar for the first time in years.
And your body picked now to stop cooperating.
Cutting calories.
Intermittent fasting.
Keto.
No carbs.
Whatever supplement your friend swore by.
So much cardio.
You’ve done all of it.
Some of it even worked... for a few weeks.
Here’s what nobody told you: none of those failed because you didn’t try hard enough.
They failed because you hated them.
And you can’t white-knuckle your way through something you hate forever.
Nobody can.
That’s not a character flaw, that’s just how people work
If you like it, you do it. That’s the whole thing.
Not every second.
Not every choice.
But the process as a whole.
What if losing the weight meant:
• Eating food you actually like — including the foods you’ve been told to give up
• Workouts you look forward to, in a body that’s getting stronger every week
• Weekends, travel and dinners out that don’t blow up your progress
• Not thinking about food all day long
You’re not looking for a smaller life.
You’re looking for the same life.
In a body you’re happy in.
That’s the whole point.

No twelve-week protocol. No colour-coded binder. Three things, in order.
STEP ONE — We figure out what you actually like
Before anything else, I want to know what your real life looks like. What you eat. How you move. What you’ve already tried and can’t stand the thought of doing again.
Because if the plan doesn’t fit your life, you won’t follow it. And a plan you won’t follow is worthless, no matter how good it looks on paper.
So we build around what you’ll actually do. Not what you should do
STEP TWO — We start with the minimum you feel proud of
Not the maximum you can white-knuckle.
The minimum you can do consistently and feel good about — and then we build from there. T
hat’s food that hits your protein and your calories without cutting out entire food groups. Strength work you don’t dread. And the unglamorous stuff most plans skip entirely: sleep, walking, getting outside in the morning, managing stress that’s been running your appetite for years. You’ll get stronger.
You’ll see the weight come off. And you won’t feel like you’re at war with yourself.
STEP THREE — We make sure it sticks this time
You’ve lost weight before.
That’s not the problem.
Week three is the problem. Travel is the problem. The wedding, the holidays, the week everything falls apart.
So we don’t leave that to chance. Daily accountability, weekly check-ins, and me in your corner every single day for three months- long enough that it stops being a plan and starts being how you live.
Because what’s the alternative? Finish, then go right back to the life that got you here?

I didn’t plan this.
I spent years in brand research at Revlon, learning what actually resonates with women versus what merely sells to them.
Here's the thing about my relationship with food- i didn't invent it, it was handed to me. I grew up in the era of fat free everything. When the food marketed as good for you, came in a box with the fat stripped out and the sugar poured back in. When thin was the entire goal and nobody stopped to ask at what cost.
I was never overweight. I just never felt comfortable.
So I restricted, and I filled up on fat-free food packed with sugar, and I stayed hungry, and I lost muscle.
If you grew up in the same era, you got the same messaging.
It wasn’t your fault either.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing smaller and started chasing strong. I dropped the endless cardio for lifting, which, surprise, I actually enjoyed.
Food stopped being something I traded against exercise and became the thing that fuelled it.
As my kids grew up, irealized I finally have time for things I hadn’t thought about in decades.
And I saw the same thing happening to women all around me: a real window to put themselves first, and nobody telling them where to start.
So that’s what I do now. I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I’ve been at this since 2017, with additional training in women’s hormones and blood work analysis for the clients who need that layer. But mostly what I do is make this simple.
Because it is simple, and I think you’ve been told otherwise for far too long.
I help women feel proud in their skin. Not from makeup. From their makeup.

No. If a plan requires you to stop living your life, it’s not a plan, it’s a countdown. We build your food around what you actually eat, and that includes the good stuff. You’ll hit your protein and your calories. How you get there is flexible.
We start at the minimum you feel proud of. For some women that’s two short sessions a week and a daily walk. That’s a real starting point, not a consolation prize. We build from wherever you actually are.
This is genuinely one of my favorite parts of coaching. Travel is where most plans die and where this one is designed to hold. My own routine survives every trip I take... that’s not luck, it’s how it’s built.
Because everything you’ve tried asked you to endure something. Endurance has a shelf life. This is built around things you don’t hate, which is the only version that’s ever lasted for anyone. Plus, we start the program by looking at your labs, so we know what is going on INSIDE before handing you any program.
I’m based in Darien, CT, and coach clients online..
Then I’ll tell you on the consult. I’d rather send you somewhere better than take your money for three months of the wrong thing.
You’ve spent twenty-plus years making sure everyone else was taken care of.
You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need to want it more.
You need a plan that’s simple enough to actually follow and someone in your corner while you do it.
Let’s talk. Thirty minutes, no pitch.
