Becca is a literal miracle worker. Her program has transformed my life in so many ways. It is a new way of life, not a diet, and after almost an entire year I now feel more in control of my body than I ever have . I know how to exercise and what to eat. Years ago, my personal wellness goal was to be as toned and fit as I possibly could. This goal was always temporary as the healthy routine became more a chore than I was willing to stick with and never did I keep my routine for more than 6 months. Becca has been remarkably different in her approach and has made a significant positive impact on my attitude towards my personal fitness. I had never worked consistenty with a trainer so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Little did I know that working with Becca would become the highlight of my week. I trained with Becca for almost 3 years and throughout this time I became stronger, did exercises I never thought I could do and definitely noticed changes in the shape of my body. Becca listened to my needs and always came prepared to our session with a personalized plan that addressed my concerns and goals. Even though our sessions were super challenging, I always looked forward to them and felt a sense of accomplishment when we finished. I wanted to get in shape by lifting weights and also having someone help me strengthen my shoulder when I injured it several years ago. I have enjoyed working with you because: I always feel like I get a good workout and I love our time to talk and vent about my everyday struggles, it’s like workout and therapy all wrapped into one:) The best thing that has happened to me in the process is: I am seeing results and I’m more confident when I go to the gym by myself and use the moves that you've taught me on the days when I don't come to you.

Due to age and eating changes. I was sure I was missing something in the diet/workout component. Becca helped me solve that. I have enjoyed working with her because she knows what I like and what my body needs. She has found workouts that mix them together and my body is responding positively. I've been lucky to have Becca as a personal trainer and I have also done her 12 week coaching program. I seriously can't recommend her enough.
