I focus on 3 Pillars that we follow throughout the program. The three pillars are consistently used for lifestyle change... one that you can effortlessly follow for a lifetime.

I. Awareness and Comprehension- Throughout the program I help you have an awareness and understanding of nutrition, fitness, sleep and stress reduction as it applies to YOU. These topics go hand in hand in helping you to lose weight and improve your wellness. They all affect your metabolism. and ability to be more efficient with your movement which in turn help you reach your goals.

II. Mastery of skills- Visually understanding portions, understanding your fullness scale, mindfully eating, feeling your body through your workouts, sleep hygiene, breathing techniques... these are all skills I help you learn and master and you will experience firsthand the impact of these skills on your body.

III. Accountability: Through daily updates and weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and hear your feedback, I hold you accountable to make sure you are moving forward and thriving until you reach your goals! We are 100% partners!

Have you tried to lose weight with different diets and systems without seeing results or maintaining results? I do more than hand you a meal plan and ask you to follow it. Instead, I educate you to understand your macros and BMR, the reasons certain foods may work better for you than others, why your mind may be its worst enemy and action steps you can take to lose weight and keep it off without fad diets and restrictive eating..

Are you looking to live a healthier lifestyle but have a hard time finding a fitness program or routine that you enjoy? Is losing weight and building muscle part of your health goals but you can't seem to motivate to get MOVING or just don't know what to DO? Spark Wellness will teach you why movement is so important to help you reach your goals and will give you tips and a plan for what to do to speed up your metabolism, build muscle and increase your endurance.

If only relaxing was easy. Relaxing takes practice and there are tools to help you reduce overall stress as well as calm yourself in the moment. If your days are filled with too much stress, losing weight becomes difficult and you may find yourself eating when you aren't physically hungry. I can provide tips to help you identify the sources of your stress and methods to mitigate its impact on your daily life.

Many people do not recognize the significant impact that sleep has on their health. Weight loss is hugely impacted by sleep as is stress, mental clarity and muscle growth. There are strategies to learn and habits to create to maximize your sleep and therefore improve your overall health.

Certified personal trainer and nutrition coach

After years of corporate marketing and with two children whom I wanted to dedicate more of my time, I decided to leave the corporate world and put my energy into my true passions of health and fitness. I received my personal training and nutrition coaching certification and started my own training business in 2017 and added nutrition in 2023. I have loved seeing the abundant healthy changes in my clients as they lose weight, get stronger and FEEL BETTER. I have realized through the multiple hours a week I have spent with clients in every stage of life that we each have different reasons for this journey and require different approaches. What works for one client might not work for another and I love each and every one of my client's processes.

My goal in this space is to teach my clients how to eat and move mindfully, understand the foods, portions and workouts that get them to their goals and ensure they can continue on their own (and love it) for life.
